Payment Terms & Conditions
A 50% down payment is required to hold your shed installation date. An invoice for the deposit will be sent shortly after booking. After your shed is 100% complete a final invoice will be issued for the remaining balance.
Cancellations and full refunds minus payment processor fees are allowed 3 weeks prior to your shed installation date.
Effortless Shed is not responsible for building code restrictions or issuing or obtaining town permits. Obtaining town permits and complying to town setbacks and regulations is fully the customers responsibility.
Invoices are the official source of record for the scope of work to be completed and billed. Unless explicitly stated within the invoice scope of work, Effortless Shed is not responsible for property grading, and clearances. Although every effort is made to ensure the invoice accurately represents the agreed scope of work, it is the customers’ responsibility to confirm the work stated on the invoice prior to payment. Effortless Shed is committed to solving any after the fact discrepancies in a fair and equitable manner.
A $150 fee will be added to the final invoice on jobsites with animal waste in walkways and work areas.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving Effortless Shed: Permission to stake and leave a yard sign on your property. We respectfully ask for the sign to be left up for a week after the build to give any neighbors who need a storage solution a chance to consider Effortless Shed. Permission to take photographs for Marketing efforts.
